North Stamford Seventh-Day Adventist Church
A Welcoming Place for All, Fostering Discipleship
Pastor Ulett can be described as a man of humble beginnings. He was born and raised in the cool hills of Westmoreland, Jamaica. At the tender age of ten (10) years old, he decided to walk with the Lord and has not looked back since. His ambition was always to become a minister and he would disclose with confidence, even as a child that this was his ultimate career choice. He is a proud proponent of Christian Education, having studied at several Adventist institutions. Pastor Ulett earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Northern Caribbean University, formerly West Indies College- Jamaica. He then obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Education/ Clinical Ministry from Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts. Pastor has a passion for people and believes that in an effort to fully understand and cater to their spiritual needs, he should be able to connect with them on psychological and emotional levels; with these tenets in mind he pursued a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in Minnesota . Pastor Ulett is also a Mental Health Counselor. He has worked for three years at South Bay Community Services in Massachusetts. In addition, he is a trained Chaplain and worked for four (4) years in the Health Care System in Connecticut and Rhode Island. He is also an Ordained Minister and worked with the East Jamaica Conference of Seventh Day Adventist for many years. During his tenure, he served many churches and by the leading of the Holy Spirit many souls were won for the kingdom of God. He presently employs an integrated approach to his ministry; consisting of Theology, Chaplaincy and Mental Health Counseling. He loves the lord and has an earnest desire to be saved with the saints in the kingdom. Pastor Ulett has a grown son – Charled-Michael. His favorite scripture passage is Proverbs 3 vs 5-6 “ Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not; on thy own understanding. In all thine ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy path.” He vehemently believes that if the lord brings him to any challenge or task, then he will carry him through it. Pastor is here to serve. He stands ready to represent Christ to his churches. Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
